Sheena Robinson

Sheena Robinson of Addison Court Nursing Home and formerly of Charter Street, Accrington died peacefully after a short illness on Monday, March, 3, 2014, aged 78 years.

During her life Sheena worked as a bar worker for Springhill WMC as well as at Willow Mount, she also worked for a time at Rist Wires and Cables.

Sheena loved to go on holiday abroad which included trips to the Caribbean and Spain, she especially liked Majorca.  She also took pleasure in visiting her native Scotland.  Sheena greatly enjoyed going out for meals and was very fond of cats.

Sheena leaves behind her much loved husband Alan, her dearly loved son Stewart and her dear daughter in law Sheila.  She was also a loving sister to the late Hugh.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 17, 2014, at 2.20pm at Accrington Crematorium prior to cremation.  Family flowers only please, but donations are welcomed in memory of Sheena for Cats Protection c/o Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, The Old Foxhill, 136 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle.
