Ruth Procter

Mrs Ruth Procter of Oswaldtwistle, died suddenly on Tuesday November 27^th, aged 63 years.  She formerly worked at the MacFarlane’s Weaving Co and the Pickle Factory in Oswaldtwistle.  She was a true Gobbiner, Ossy born and bred. She liked computers, especially the internet, enjoyed knitting, puzzle books and water colour painting.  A loving wife of the late Dave, a devoted mother to Andrew, Diane and Alicen, and a treasured Grandma of Joseph, Sarah, Emma and Ben.   A service and cremation will be held at 2.20pm on Friday 7^th December at Burnley Crematorium led by the Reverend John Holland.  Family flowers only please or donations may be made in memory of Ruth to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, 136 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle.
