Nicholas (Nick) Szabo

Mr Nicholas (Nick) Szabo of Knuzden, died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, aged 45 years.

During his life Nick served for 12 years in the 13th Bty, 19th Field Regiment in the Royal Artillery, and most recently worked for the CSL Sofa Company.

Nick was a keen fisherman and also loved to travel.  He greatly enjoyed theme parks and spending time with his family.  A supporter of
Manchester United FC where he was born and also Bristol Rovers from where he grew up.  He also followed Formula 1 Racing.

He leaves behind his devoted wife Jeanette, his loving and treasured children, Rebecca and John, his much loved mother Rosemary and late father Oscar, his dearly loved brother Stephen and his loving twin sister Maria.

“Nick was greatly cherished and will be remembered by all who knew him.  He will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.”

A funeral service will be held on Friday 3rd April at Accrington Cemetery Chapel at 1.40pm prior to burial in Accrington Cemetery.
