Michael Thomas Murray

Michael’s funeral will be held at 1.45pm on Friday 18th August 2017 at Accrington Crematorium.

In his younger years Michael attended St Mary’s Primary School and then later Holy Family, he worked as a plastic fabricator for GA Plastics off Hyndburn Road for over 25 years.

During his retirement Michael loved decorating and doing odd jobs for people, he also greatly enjoyed going away in his Campervan, he has travelled with his family all over the UK including Scotland, Wales and Ireland and also ventured abroad to France and Holland.  He also liked spending time at his allotment up at the Heys for over 10 years, and walking his beloved dog Rio.

A dearly loved husband of Alicia, a much loved dad of David and of the late Lisa and of the late Karen, a treasured grandad of Kelly, James, Mia, Jack and Ellie and also a cherished great grandad of Jenson and Sean.

Michael will be very sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
