May Baldwin

May Baldwin of Haslingden Lodge and formerly of Stanhill Lane, Oswaldtwistle sadly passed away on Friday 5^th January 2018, aged 96 years.

During her working life May was a teacher and also an adult studies co-ordinator.

Throughout her life she has dedicated lots of her spare time to local groups, she was a founder member of the Oswaldtwistle Civic Society, a member of the Church and Oswaldtwistle Inner Wheel, a life-long member of the Methodist church in Oswaldtwistle including being a founder member of Oswaldtwistle – Sweden Twin Town.

May sadly leaves behind her dearly loved son John and daughter Margaret and also their families.

Her funeral service will take place at 12.45pm on Tuesday 23^rd January 2018 at Accrington Crematorium.
