Margaret Chippendale

Margaret Chippendale of Brisbane Street, Clayton-Le-Moors, passed away peacefully on Friday 1^st April 2022, aged 91 years.

During her life Margaret worked as a school meals assistant at St James School and All Saints Primary School, as well as working as a hairdresser for a time too.

In her spare time and during her retirement she enjoyed reading and gardening.  She also loved watching Judge Judy.

A dearly loved wife of the late James. Margaret sadly leaves behind her much loved son Stephen and daughter in law Alison, her treasured grandchildren Nicolas and Zoe and her cherished great grandchildren Archie and Emily, also her dear sister Anne and nieces Susan and Janet.

A celebration of life service will be held on Tuesday 12^th April, at 3.00pm, at Accrington Crematorium.

Family flowers only please but donations are welcomed in memory of Margaret for the Alzheimer’s Society c/o Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, Eastgate Corner, 80 Whalley Road, Accrington.
