Liam Shane Howe

Liam Howe of Homestrand Avenue, Burnley, passed away peacefully at Pendleside Hospice with his loving family by his side on Friday 12th May 2023, aged 29 years.

Liam was probably best known for his social side as he loved karaoke.  He also worked for a time as a volunteer at the Sense shop in Accrington, as well as for Veka for a short while too.  In his spare time, he was passionate about football, with Manchester City being his favourite team.  He also greatly enjoyed going to the Rosegrove Unity Club and going on holiday to Fleetwood and Brean with his family.

A dearly loved son of June and Charles, a treasured brother of Sarah and the late Christopher and a loving father to Hope. Also, a dear uncle, cousin and cherished nephew of Auntie Brenda and Uncle Tony.  He will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.

Liam’s funeral service will be held at 1.00pm, on Thursday 25th May 2023 at the Accrington Cemetery Chapel prior to interment. Liam would like for people to wear any type of football top and also to bring with them a pack of bacon fries, frazzles or frizzers.

Family flowers only please, but donations are being gratefully received in memory of Liam for the Pendleside Hospice, further enquires please to Paul Barton of Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, The Old Foxhill, 136-8 Union Road, Oswaldtwistle. BB5 3DR. Tel: 01254 390542
