Leah Miller

Leah Miller of Hollin Bank Care Home and formerly of White Ash Estate, Oswaldtwistle died peacefully in hospital on Wednesday 19^th April 2017, aged 93 years.

For most of her life Leah worked at the ROF in Blackburn.  In her spare time she loved spending time with her family, she loved the outdoors, walking, swimming and shopping. She also took pleasure in going away on holidays abroad especially to Malta.  Leah also liked to take a trip down to White Ash Community Centre where she would play dominoes with her friends and when at home she also enjoyed reading books.

Leah sadly leaves behind her dearly loved daughter Jean, her dear son in law Eric, her treasured grandaughter Louise and cherished great grandson Max.

Her funeral service will take place at 9.30am (today) Friday 28^th April 2017 at Immanuel Parish Church, Oswaldtwistle, prior to interment at Pleasington Cemetery.
