Kenneth WildemanKen Wildeman of Church, Accrington, died peacefully at home on Saturday 31st October 2015, aged 74 years.

Best known to most for his previous role as Standard Bearer for The Royal British Legion in Accrington, where he was a loyal and dedicated member.  Preceding this Ken served in the British Army for 21 years in the East Lancashire Fusiliers.  He also was a retired joiner and worked for various companies including Fairclough’s in Huncoat.

Ken greatly enjoyed socialising with his friends, family and especially fellow members of the Legion.  He also liked the occasional game of darts and was a supporter of Liverpool FC.

He leaves behind his dearly loved children, daughter Susan and son Kenny, his treasured grandchildren, Leah, Shelby, Brandon and Bailey and also his two brothers and sister.

 Ken’s funeral service will be held on Friday 6th November, at 3pm, at Accrington Crematorium.
