John Haworth

John Haworth of Central Avenue, Oswaldtwistle, passed away peacefully on Saturday 27^th July 2019, aged 80 years.

In his spare time John loved to care for his racing pigeons and was a member of the pigeon club. He was also a member of St. Mary’s Church, Oswaldtwistle. John also enjoyed taking touring holidays, especially around Ireland and took great pleasure in caravanning around Devon and Cornwall.

A dearly loving husband of Yvonne, a much loved father of Gary, John and Anthony and father-in-law to Claire and Leanne, a treasured grandad to Sealey, J.J., Alivia and Connor and also a dear brother of Michael and the late Pat and Helen. John will be very sadly missed but fondly remembered by all.

His funeral service will be held at 10.00am on Wednesday 14^th August 2019, at St. Mary’s RC Church, Oswaldtwistle, prior to interment at Dill Hall Cemetery.
