John Hartley
John Hartley of Chapel Street, Oswaldtwistle, died at home on Sunday 24th March 2024, aged 70 years.
During his life John worked at Cobble and also ran his own company Sheetstyle Ltd for over 30 years. In his spare time he enjoyed going fishing for his health and wellbeing. He also loved listening to music and reading, as well as going on holiday and fine dining with family. He also liked football, with Liverpool FC being his favourite team.
John sadly leaves behind his much loved wife Deborah, daughter Jodie and son in law Scott. He was also a dearly loved grandfather of 13, brother in law of David and Susan, uncle of Matt and Elliot and a dear step father of Scott, Katy, Kirsty and Theo.
He will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all those who knew him.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2.20pm on Thursday 4th April 2024, at Accrington Crematorium.

We were very sad to hear of John’s passing. He was a great favourite in the Hartley /Hewson family. And we were fortunate to have known him.
