James Merrick

James Merrick, of Devonshire Drive, Clayton-Le-Moors, passed away on Monday 21^st November 2022, aged 74 years.

During his life James worked at the Associated Dairies in Accrington as well as for Boxes Ltd in Great Harwood.

In his spare time he enjoyed watching the horse racing, following the football, especially “The Spurs” as well as travelling to Germany and in particular along the river Rhine.

He was also a member of the Leisure Hour WMC in Great Harwood and enjoyed going for a pint in the Warners Arms.

James sadly leaves behind his much loved son Billy and partner Tilly.

He will be very sadly missed by his family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 9.40am on Thursday 1^st December 2022 at Accrington Crematorium.
