James Barry Grunshaw (Barry the Gardener)

James Barry Grunshaw.jpeg (2)Mr James Barry Grunshaw, died peacefully in hospital on Thursday 4th December 2014, aged 70 years.                                     

Known to his friends, colleagues and customers as Barry the Gardener.  Barry was a much loved and well known character.  During his life he worked at Caligen Foam for approximately twenty years.  He then became self employed as a gardener and handyman for twenty five years. 

Barry was a member of Willow Mount Working Mens Club as well as the Brooks Club in Accrington.  He enjoyed travelling, driving and working.

Barry leaves behind his beloved wife Pat, his dear sister Brenda, his much loved daughters June, Elaine and Melanie, his dear son in laws, his treasured grandchildren and his cherished great grandchildren.

“Barry will very sadly missed by all his loving family, friends, colleagues and customers.”

The funeral cortege will leave froJames Barry Grunshawm his home at 2.30pm, Friday 12th December for a 3.00pm funeral service at Accrington Crematorium.
