Dorothy (Anne) Jones
Anne Jones of Yew Tree Drive, Oswaldtwistle passed away peacefully but unexpectedly on Tuesday 24th July 2018, aged 79 years.
Anne was a stall holder on Accrington Market for many years. In her spare time she enjoyed sailing, caravanning, camping and walking, she was a member of the Coniston Sailing club for many years. She also took pleasure in knitting and dressmaking.
A dearly loved wife of Ken, a dear sister of Shirley, a much loved mother of Michael and Heather, a treasured grandma of Emma, Stacey, Rachel and Matthew, a cherished great grandma of Leo, Zander and Alice and also a dear auntie of Paul, Alex and Lesley and a good friend to many.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday 3rd August 2018 at 1.40pm, at Accrington Crematorium.
