Barrie Wearing

Barrie Wearing of Miller Close, Oswaldtwistle, passed away on Monday 17^th October 2022, aged 70 years.

During his life Barrie worked as a manging director for Hitchens Engravers as well as a pub landlord at the Simonstone Hotel and the Royal Butterfly in Burnley and The Rhoden Inn in Oswaldtwistle.

In his spare time, he enjoyed going on holiday abroad, watching the football, cricket and Formula 1, but most of all he loved spending time with his family, especially his 2 dogs, Bonny and Harvey.

Barrie sadly leaves behind his dearly loved brother Trevor and sister Pauline, his much loved sons Christopher and Edward, his dear daughter in law Georgina and his treasured grandchildren Molly, Abbie-Jo, Lucy-Sue, Courtney-Anne and Bradley.

He will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1.00pm on Friday 28^th October 2022 at Accrington Crematorium.
