Ann Devereux

Ann Devereux of Oswaldtwistle, died peacefully on Tuesday 17^th September 2024, aged 80 years.

During her life Ann worked as a secretary all her life, working for Brian Croft, D Mayes & Co and for the last 20 years until taking her retirement for her husband Ron.

In her spare time and during her retirement she greatly enjoyed going away on holiday, especially cruising and to the Greek Islands.  Ann also loved going shopping with her girls, listening to music, with her favourite artists being Ball & Boe and Westlife.  She also adored her dog Cassie and supported Guide Dogs for the Blind and The Salvation Army.

Ann sadly leaves behind her dearly loved husband Ron, her much loved daughter Amanda, son in law Paul, son Neville and step sons Karl, Jason and Mark.  She was also a treasured grandma of Oliver, Lauren and Freya, a dear sister of Frank and sister-in-law of Maureen and auntie of Martin and Kate.

Ann will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2.20pm on Wednesday 2^nd October, at Accrington Crematorium, where people are invited to wear bright colours.
