It is with great sadness we say goodbye to Andy, who passed away in hospital on Saturday 8^th November 2014, aged 49 years.

A much loved son to Josie and Dave, a much loved father to Kirsty, Jessica and Nicola, a much loved brother to Tony and Andrea, a much loved brother-in-law to Mary and a treasured grandad to all his grandchildren.

He will be very sadly missed by his many family and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday 21^st November at 9.40am at Accrington Crematorium prior to cremation.
