Allen France

Allen France, of Burnley Road, Clayton-Le-Moors, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on Friday 28th February 2020, aged 77 years.

During his life Allen worked for British Aerospace and also for GEC.

In his spare time he loved watching any type of sport on TV, especially cricket, of which he used to be a member of Lancashire Cricket Club and also football, where he was a life-long Burnley fan. He also enjoyed going away on holiday.

The dearly loving husband of Barbara, a much loved father of Mark, Lesley and Nicola, a dear father in law of Michael and Teresa, a treasured grandad of Marcus, Thomas, Millie, Abbie and Evie and also a cherished great grandad of Lottie and Millie. Allen will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of life service will be held at 1.45pm, on Thursday 12th March, at Burnley Crematorium.
