William (Bill) Furness

William Furness of Lime Avenue, Accrington, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 26^th November 2017, aged 75 years.

Known to his family and friends as Bill, he was a familiar face around Accrington. He loved going into town, where he would enjoy a pint.  He always had a smile but liked to keep himself to himself.

A dear dad to Lisa and the late William Mark, grandad to Jordan, Rebekah and Levi and ex-husband of Winnie.

He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Bill’s funeral service was held on Thursday 7^th December, at 9.40am at Accrington Crematorium.  Donations were received in lieu of flowers in memory of Bill.
