Samuel McCall

Samuel McCall of Lancaster Drive, Clayton-Le-Moors, died peacefully in the East Lancashire Hospice on Friday 6^th February, 2015, aged 82 years.

Samuel greatly enjoyed caravanning and loved gardening.  In his earlier years he worked for Noel’s in Oswaldtwistle followed by Miles Fox in Clitheroe before his retiremement.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all the district nurses, Macmillan nurses and the East Lancashire Hospice for their care and compassion when looking after Samuel.

Samuel was a dearly loved husband of Roberta, a much loved father of Denzil, Colin and Wendy, a dear father in law of John and Jane, a treasured grandad of David, Russell, Anthony, Rebecca, Mathew and Ben and also a cherished great grandad of Liam, Declan, Freya, Sophie and Thomas.

A funeral service will be held at Accrington Crematorium on Monday 16^th February, 2015, at 1.00pm.  Family flowers only please but donations will be gratefully received for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of Samuel c/o Barton & Hallworth Funeral Service, Eastgate Corner, 80 Whalley Road, Accrington.
