Eileen Moore of Spring Street, Rishton, passed away peacefully on Thursday 30th July 2026, surrounded by her loving family, aged 79 years.
During her working life Eileen worked for Wilnslows Optician’s as a receptionist and also at Spare Parts Ltd as a clerk.
In her spare time and during her retirement, she enjoyed cooking, games nights and going away on holiday, especially on cruises, she was also a member of the Rishton Primetime Ladies Club, but most of all she loved spending time with her family.
Eileen sadly leaves behind her beloved husband David, her much loved sons Kirk, Grant and Gavin, her dear sister Gladys and her treasured grandchildren Rosie, Anna, Caitlin and Macey.
She will be very sadly missed by all her loving family and friends.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11.00am, on Friday 14th August 2026, at Accrington Crematorium, where people are invited to wear a splash of colour.
